The property is very old. Badly maintained. The furniture inside is old and deteriorating. The chair in the room was dirty. I wouldn’t even sit on it I didn’t even put my belongings on it. Breakfast looked disgusting. It must be the worse quality food ever Inspite of all that I think the maids did their best to keep it clean. Management needs to step up and fix up the inside and outside. The steps were dirty La Quinta used to have a good reputation now they re almost on the same level as motel 6

This hotel was very old, dirty and stinks! There’s stains on the walls, beds and bathrooms. In the night, someone tried to break into our room. The area is unsafe!

We pre-schedule a late check in and when arriving to the property, doors were locked and there was no staff to check us in making us wait outside with 3 kids under age of 5. Then had to switch rooms 3 times due to each room smelling like urine and a locker room gym B.O. smell. Straight terrible, not a kid friendly place to stay with your kids.

I checked in late and was tired. I went to my room and as soon as I walked in the room, there was a strong odor of cigarettes. I tried to go to sleep, but could not sleep because of how strong the smell was. There were signs that said non-smoking room. I went to the front desk the following morning to tell them about the room. The woman at the front tried to give me a different room, but that was just as bad. I ended up staying in the same room. I went to the store and bought some febreeze spray to try and block the smell. It didn't help. WHen I left all my clothes had a strong cigarette smell. I was very disappointed.

The worse stay ever. Our room smelt like car urine, there were coffee grounds under the lamp on the floor, and our King bed sat on top of 2 soiled twin box springs! We complained, they did NOTHING and I also emailed Corporate and they did NOTHING and didn't care.

The bed was like skeeping on a rock as where the pillows. Water pressure was bad in the shower was low. Mice wondering around in corriders outside the 3rd floor corridor. No ammenities in bathroom. Overall the stay was good. Had a lot of breakfast options and the room was big. My one complaint is that we stayed 6 nights and did not have anyone come to clean our room once, so no one came to take out the trash or replace our dirty towels. I had to go down and ask for fresh towels each time I needed.

The first room I was assigned was left open and smelled of weed. I was traveling with my young children so I had to request a new room. The front desk clerk was quick to help and change rooms for us. The new room was clean and the only issue was that the tv didn’t work. The rooms are a bit cramped with the bulky furniture, but if all you plan to do is sleep and leave the next day no big deal. The area is close to everything, and honestly it felt safer than other places I’ve stayed that are more populated like the mall area.

This is not a hotel. Its a low budget motel. You must use outdoor steps to reach the upper floors. Breakfast was terrible. Lamps in my room didnt work and no one would come to address the issue. Snacks are ridiculously over priced ($3.50 for a snack sized bag of chips). My shoeer water never got warmer than room temperature. Fitness area was closed for repair.

Plumbing system was horrible toilet was constantly backed up. No gym, the amenities were poor! Other than that. It was a convenient stay!

Nothing that I really liked about this property. I went off what it said online and pictures and it is totally the opposite. Unfortunately I expected more out of La Quinta.

Very dated property - begs for a renovation. Encountered a number of issues - from Wifi to showers to leaky air conditioners but the staff was very friendly and gave us a small discount to our bill.

Upon arrival in the early a.m. hours, a disheveled older gentleman with his shirt unbuttoned to reveal his large belly was the person who checked me in. I thought he was a vagrant until he got behind the counter.

We reported that one (1) of the bathrooms in our suite had a light that was out. While the person at the front desk immediately picked up the phone and presumably called maintenance, it was never addressed during our stay.
