Accommodates 1 guest. Small refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker. Queen bed, Smart TV, Wifi. Cable, access to a front balcony with small table and chairs, Views, Views, Views!

Breathtaking view!

Everything was great, and Irma was so easy to work with. Room is small (which we knew in advance), but with the balcony for breakfasts outdoors and a view to kill for, it was worth it!

Such a beautiful view of the city. I wish there was a toaster and that the suites were a little bit more private. I would’ve felt more comfortable with sturdier doors to the suite since a common entrance area is shared.

Great room, great communication

My wife and I stayed in the Burbank apartment for two nights after arriving in LA from Australia. It was about an hour drive from LAX. The location of the property is great, wonderful views and it is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Parking is easy (on street). The room itself is quite small but it was very clean and comfortable. The communication from Irma prior to and during our stay was fantastic, thank you Irma.

Hideaway in Burbank

This unit is on the smaller side, but works well for a place to shower and sleep when spending time in the Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena area. I dropped into town as a longtime LA area resident and know my way around, so it served my needs well. good for a base place for either buisness and or vacation if you have need to be in this area. 12 mins to BUR which is nice for flying in and out. Irma was a good hostess and made communicating easy.

Small, quaint and clean! All we needed was a bathroom and a place to sleep which was perfect.

Irma met us and showed us the place, lock system etc. brought clean towels when we wanted them etc. good place for the money. Will rent again from her. Thanks!
