This is "la Soffitta" (the Loft), one of the six independent apartments of our historical farmhouse, Podere Casarotta.

The Soffitta apartment has one bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room with equipped kitchen, a private enclosed front porch and a private garden area outside. Ideal for 2 persons, a single bed can be added in the dining room to sleep another person. The swimming pool is shared with the other five apartments.

Our property is located on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountain, at 500 m asl, with an incredible view on the Valdarno and the Chianti hills. The house is surrounded by 12 hectares of olive groves, that give the place its typical Tuscan atmosphere, peace and quiet, and also allow us to produce our own high-quality extra-virgin olive oil!

Podere Casarotta, with its privileged position (and only 5 km from the nearest town, Castelfranco di Sopra), offers a perfect balance between rest&relaxation and wandering around. Our villa will be your luxurious, comfortable and relaxing starting point for excursions in Tuscany! Whatever you are looking for: art, history, culture, parks and nature, wine and food, or simply relax, everything is just outside our doorstep!
