« The house was very clean. The outside of the house could use some sprucing up but the interior was fully furnished and had everything we needed. Shower hot water lasted very short but both showers were going at the same time. Interior lights upon entering are older and there is no switch for them. Other than that, I was impressed with the location and interior. Felt like a true lake house. »

« The house was very clean and great amenities. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay. Centrally located to a lot of great fishing lakes. The little park/walking trail spring lake was a nice evening walking and fishing spot. My only complaint would be the beds are very firm. It didn’t bother me as much as I like a firmer mattress but it was a little too much. Outside of that a great stay and great experience to central Florida! »

« The place needs a lot of TLC. Would not rent out in current conditions. Also, fridge was dirty and used bars of soap were left in bathroom. Back patio was filthy with dog dirt footprints. The shade for the kitchen window was a black trash bag and also owner lives on property in an RV. Would call to us from his RV on how things were. First I felt we had no privacy and second afraid to take my shoes off or use anything on property. »

"Hôtel de charme! Personnel vraiment agréable et accueillant qui a le sens de l' hospitalité. Nous avons reçu un surclassement offert en chambre Deluxe vue lac. Très belle déco, jolie vue, propre, confortable. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre. C'est un établissement qui a une âme et du charme, qu on ne voit pas partout et c'est une expérience authentique du charme de la Floride. Je conseille de prendre une chambre vue lac car la zone est bruyante entre deux routes passantes. "
