'We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. 'Clean home. Spacious back yard even though due to the season it’s covered in fall leaves. Jacuzzi was amazing, plenty of seating room in backyard even though we didn’t longer out there due to the cold. Absolutely LOVED the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. I just wish there was an option for curtains or blinds on the 2 sliding doors for privacy. I’m a bit of a scaredy cat and it was disconcerting feeling like people could see inside through the glass '

'Perfect location for me because it was quiet and private. This is a unique and beautiful neighborhood bordering BLM forest. This small home has a very comfortable floorplan, beds, seating and great amenities. Loved the kitchen appliances. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. '
