Damage Protection- The $75 charge listed as “Administrative fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! 

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.



Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.
