Blokhutten in Long Lake

'Nine of us stayed for one week, great time. The view was so pretty.'

'Lovely, quirky place to stay.'

'Perfect getaway for the Adirondacks- would 100% recommend and stay here again. Excellent cabin with plenty of room for everyone to stay and relax.'

'It wasn’t clean, couches were sat out and overall rundown'

'An incredibly peaceful and vast property!'

'We stayed just one night this time (Friday). It was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed the wood fired pizza up the hill for dinner and breakfast made by the owner with other guests on Saturday morning (waffles, fresh fruit, coffee and tea). That allowed us to get there, relax and hang out, and stay on the property until we left on Saturday, which was nice. We did some bird watching and enjoyed the peace and quiet this homestead offers. I'm sure we'll be back again.'

'Comfortably accommodated me and my three kids. We enjoyed the location.'

'Our full week stay at the cabin was everything hoped for and met or exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were always available during our entire stay and easy to contact. The cabin is an ideal get-away for a couple and the location is perfect. We definitely hope to return.'

'Only suggestion I have is that each room should have a luggage rack and clothes rack for hanging items on.Because you no longer have a meal service, maybe to the folder on the table a list of restaurants near by could be added.Loved the layout of the facility and the book with remembrance of Old Inn and introduction of the New Inn to build more fond memories in.'

'The cabin is nicely furnished, the kitchen is well stocked to cook meals and the beds are comfortable. We had a great time, it was perfect for our family of 5.'

'Perfect perch for a first visit to the Adirondacks. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and we slept so well in the comfortable bed. We had everything we needed for an easy stay. We even had a visit from a gorgeous Great Blue Heron on the dock the day we arrived!'
