A very comfortable and spacious flat in Central London, very close to Victoria Station so easy to go anywhere in town !
Please note this flat is also available for 90 days plus ie 3 month stays
Do check calendar for shorter stays as there are gaps in between the longer stays !
We do accept 2-3 day plus stays depending upon gaps in calendar.

Main bedroom with Kingsize bed has an en suite shower room and very good storage facilities.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed so good for two with a second bathroom (bath & shower) nearby !
Please note we provide linen & towelling for you during your stay.
Sitting room & dining facilities are just off the kitchen area which is well stocked if you are looking to eat in.

Great communication with owner. Flat exactly as pictured, and worked out perfectly for our family of four. We heard no noise from the pub next door any of our evenings even though we were there over New Year's.Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Fabulous communication!Great flat! Very clean and well appointed. Felt at home here. Heating was great. Beds were very comfortable. Great showers. Ability to cook if you wish to. Washer and dryer provided. The location was perfect for us. So close to Victoria train station and underground. Worked out very well for us to get a very early transfer to Gatwick for our flight home.Supermarkets and restaurants all close by. We walked to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben... in fact we walked to most places. Easy to take the Underground to all of London. Had a great meal (and a beer, naturally) in the pub next door.Exceptionally quiet while still being in a very convenient location. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay here again.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. The location was great. Being right next to Victoria Station made it really easy to get around. Also within a reasonable walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations in London. The immediate neighborhood has lots of great places to eat. We love staying in this neighborhood and plan to do it again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location of the flat can’t be beat as it is around the corner from Victoria Station. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no problems coming home at night after a show. We will stay here again next time we come to London.

Add said ac was in the apartment and it was broken and could not stay because it was way too hot in the apartment . Only stayed 1 night but paid for 9 night and the owner hasn’t compensated me since I had to find 2 hotel rooms for me and my guest which coast me and additional 5600.00 pounds!. Was sent a message by owner that he felt the temperature didn’t warrant air conditioning so he removed it but I was told by the person that met me and let me into the apartment it was broken . 2 different stories or possibly lies!

Great location, easy to get anywhere you want to go. Very quiet on a quiet street in spite of being around the corner from Victoria station. Apartment is very large, up to date with everything you need to be comfortable. Fans and portable AC unit helped to keep us comfortable. Great place!

Perfect stay!

This was a great experience for our family. Excellent location near the tube as well as many lovely spots to eat, get groceries or just walk in a cute area. The flat is spacious and was spotless - so clean. Simon was so wonderful - London was unusually hot and he not only furnished fans and a portable a/c, he checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and if he could do anything. It was a wonderful stay; this is the gold standard by which we will judge all future VRBO stays.

Westminster flat near Victoria Station

In over 9 years of using vacation rentals, this is best property we’ve ever stayed at. Three primary reasons: 1) It’s spotless.2) it’s spacious and very well appointed.3) location, location, location.Floors, carpets, sinks, showers, counters, furniture, bedding, everything was very clean.The pictures are an accurate representation of the flat, and that’s such a great surprise in Central London as the rooms are all spacious. While it’s not luxurious like the Ritz Carlton, it’s comfortable and very well decorated. It’s also well stocked with all the necessary items to make it very usable.The location is amazing. It’s so close to Victoria Station so accessible by tube, rail or bus. Walking anywhere in Westminster is easy, and three blocks away is Wilton Rd with pubs, restaurants, shops and a good size Sainsbury’s. And the most surprising part, while it’s so close to Victoria Station is actually on a very quiet street.Simon, the host was very responsive, and we highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay

This is one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. The host, Simon, was very accessible and answered all of our questions promptly. He accommodated an early check-in for us. The Flat is very clean, beds are comfortable, the washer and dryer were a major plus, and the location is great. I would book again.
