Located on the second floor of a building with stair access only, the apartment features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed and plenty of natural light. There is one modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, providing the option of a quick shower or a relaxing soak after a day exploring London.

Decorative cornicing and rich herringbone wood flooring introduce classic character, while soft neutral walls, modern lighting and carefully selected furnishings create a fresh and welcoming feel. The apartment is situated in North Kensington, close to Ladbroke Grove, an energetic part of West London known for its independent shops, international food scene and easy access to neighbouring Notting Hill. Nearby Golborne Road has a distinctive local character shaped by its Portuguese and Moroccan communities, with cafés, specialist food shops, vintage finds and market stalls creating a lively atmosphere. The iconic Trellick Tower provides one of the area's most recognisable architectural landmarks.

A short distance south, Portobello Road Market is one of London's best-known markets, offering everything from antiques and vintage fashion to fresh produce and street food. The surrounding streets of Notting Hill are ideal for wandering, with colourful houses, boutiques and cafés providing plenty to discover throughout the day. Portobello Green and the market's vintage and fashion sections are particularly convenient from the Ladbroke Grove end of the neighbourhood.

The local dining scene is another highlight. On Golborne Road, Straker's is a popular neighbourhood restaurant, while Golborne Deli & Bistro is a relaxed option for breakfast or lunch. Cafe Oporto brings a taste of the area's Portuguese heritage, while Lisboa Patisserie is well known locally for its traditional Portuguese pastries and freshly baked pastéis de nata. Transport connections are excellent. Ladbroke Grove Underground Station is the closest, approximately two hundred metres from the property, and serves the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Westbourne Park Underground Station, approximately six hundred metres away, also serves the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, while Latimer Road Underground Station, approximately nine hundred metres away, provides the same connections. These lines offer convenient journeys towards Paddington, Baker Street, King's Cross St Pancras and the City, making the apartment a well-connected base for exploring London.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
