    The Space:

THE SPACE: A generous two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a handsome South Kensington period building — 72.7 sqm / 782 sqft of high-ceilinged interiors. Second floor with lift access — no stairs to climb. Ornate cornicing and marble fireplaces throughout.

LIVING AREA: Open-plan living and dining anchored by a large grey sofa (which converts to a sofa bed), a black oak coffee table and a cane sideboard. Smart TV, dining table set for four, and a quiet reading armchair in the window — several rooms look out to a church spire above the rooftops. Equally good for a slow morning or a night in after the museums.

KITCHEN: Fitted kitchen with a gas hob, oven and extractor, plus dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle — everything needed for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

KING BEDROOM: A calm, generous room with a period marble fireplace, ornate ceiling rose, built-in storage and hotel-quality linen. Opens directly onto a private en-suite shower room.

SECOND BEDROOM: A comfortable double with a full-height window, bedside storage and matching quality linen.

EN-SUITE & BATHROOMS: The king bedroom has a private en-suite shower room with a corner glass cubicle. A separate family bathroom with a full bath and shower screen serves the second bedroom and living space — a genuine advantage when sleeping a group.
