Check-in is seamless and 24/7, with clear instructions released closer the time.

Your home is located on the first floor and is 50qm.

Comfortable fresh white bedding & towels will be provided, 2 per person. Along with blankets. Flat sheets available on request. One bed is a UK King size and the other one is a UK Queen size.

The kitchen has a washer dryer machine, a slimline dishwasher, oven & hobs, kettle and French coffee press.

There is a thermostat to control your preferred temperature and hot water.

A cot and a high chair are available on request. Please book them early to ensure availability.

Kensington Olympia is a vibrant part of London, in between Kensington and Chiswick.

A safe residential area close to restaurants and shopping in Hammersmith and Kensington.

Close to Olympia overground train - excellent to reach across london from Gatwick airport, to the Olympic Park, Hackney Wick & East London.

Minutes away are Barons Court & Earls court tube stations with Picidilly line, that gets you to London`s most famous attractions, theatres and sights.

Within walking distance, 10-15 minutes, is the iconic River Thames with many scenic restaurants and bars. including the romantic Michelin star: The River Cafe - do book in advance.

Also within walking distance is the Design Museum, Olympia exhibition hall and restaurants, as well as Imperial university.

We are able to provide on-street parking at about GBP35 a day. Note this is public parking on a first come basis but our street always has availability. There is also a charging unit for electrical cars right outside the property but this should be booked separately.

There is a portable Air conditioning unit, using ice packs from the freezer.

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes in the entrance corridor. We’re big fans of keeping things clean!

Hosting parties is not allowed, and any damage to the property must be compensated.

Smoking or e-smoking is only permitted in the outdoor garden/patio area. A fumigation fee of £500 will be charged if any smoke smell is detected inside the property.

Our listing price is for 2 guests. An additional charge of £30 per night applies for each extra guest. Please specify the total number of guests when making your booking request. If additional guests are joining partway through your stay, let us know so we can adjust the price accordingly.

A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.

Please follow the bin instructions outlined in the house manual. Food delivery or shopping bags should not be used to dispose of rubbish—please use the provided bin bags and seal them properly before discarding waste.

Use the grey face towels for makeup removal (please reserve the white towels for other purposes). White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them.

Please do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know. We wish you a wonderful stay!
