This modern apartment in the Isle of Dogs is on the 3rd floor and has lift access. It offers a comfortable and convenient base for families, friends, or business travellers looking to explore the city.

The apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen, creating a bright and sociable space to relax, enjoy meals, and spend time together. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, while the dining area is ideal for sharing breakfast or dinner.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with essential cookware and cutlery, an electric hob, oven and a microwave, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

There are four bedrooms in total, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms feature double beds, one has a king-size bed, and the fourth comes with an extra large king-size bed. All are prepared with hotel-quality linens to help ensure a restful night's sleep.

The apartment also features a private balcony, providing an outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air during your stay.

The bathroom features a bathtub, fresh towels, and essential toiletries for your comfort. There is also a separate guest toilet with a washbasin for added flexibility.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant Isle of Dogs area of East London, this property offers a great balance between city living and peaceful riverside surroundings. The neighbourhood features scenic dockside walks, green spaces and a variety of local shops, cafés and restaurants.

Canary Wharf is nearby, offering an excellent choice of shopping, dining and entertainment options, as well as striking modern architecture and beautiful waterfront views. For a relaxing escape, Mudchute Park and Farm provides open green spaces and walking trails, while Island Gardens is a lovely spot to enjoy views across the River Thames towards historic Greenwich.

The area is well connected to the rest of London via the DLR, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line, making it easy to explore the city's famous attractions, cultural landmarks and lively neighbourhoods. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this location offers a convenient base to experience London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from Crossharbour DLR Station, providing easy connections to Canary Wharf and central London.

Both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are approximately 1h10 from the property by train.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
