We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

High Timber Street is nestled in the City of London, a vibrant area known for its rich history and modern skyscrapers. Just a stroll away, explore the renowned St. Paul's Cathedral, the bustling Borough Market, and the serene Thames Riverwalk. This district combines the best of London's historic charm with contemporary city life.

Easily explore London with Mansion House and Cannon Street stations nearby, providing access to the Circle and District lines. The area is also well-served by buses, making it convenient to reach popular attractions and neighbourhoods across the city.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
