The Space:
You enter the home and come into the bright and cheery living room. The dining room and the kitchen are attached, and come straight off of the living room. The bedrooms are both at the rear, away from any noise from the street. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, along with the bathroom, and the other is up a concealed staircase!
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire flat.
The Neighborhood:
This charming flat is in an amazing location and is ideal for commuters as it is very near Paddington station. It is 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park where you can enjoy Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall and some of the most famous museums in London, the National History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum. It is also great for shoppers as you can shop on High Street Kensington, Knightsbridge (Harrods and Harvey Nichols) and Oxford Street.
Getting Around:
Paddington Station- Underground and National Railway (Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, and the Elizabeth line, Heathrow Express national rail). 5 minutes walk from the home.
Lancaster Gate Station- Underground (Central line). 6 minutes walk from the home.
Bayswater Station- Underground (Circle and District lines). 10 minutes walk from the home.
Queensway Station- Underground (Central line). 12 minutes walk from the home.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
