Unit was very clean and comfortable. It had all of the amenities we wanted and needed. The wifi connection was high speed. The location was excellent, right near Notting Hill Gate tube stop and Kensington High Street. It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The host was very responsive, helpful and quite kind. She worked with us when we needed to adjust our stay by 2 days and sent the cleaner for us midway through our 2.5 week stay. We really appreciated her kindness and accommodation.The only unanticipated hiccup upon arrival was that there was work being done on the exterior of building and there were workers on scaffolding right outside our windows during our stay which necessitated keeping the shades drawn. It was also very noisy at times. It was beyond the owner's control, but did come as a surprise to us. But the unit itself was comfortable but for that inconvenience. Thankfully we were out of the flat most days and did not have to endure much of the noise and men outside the windows. I suspect the work will be done before the next guests arrive as it was winding down when we left.
