'From the moment we arrived in this charming house we were well established and felt cosy and at home with the big fire in the main room! The weather was mild for the time of the year so we enjoyed a lot the tennis court. Nigels hospitality is marvellous and also Albert the neighbor was looking after us. We have spend a super winterholiday in la Chapelle! Just one little note is that the beds are very small, at home we have a larger one:)'

'We went here as a group of 3 people and had a wonderful stay! Francoise and Jean are wonderful people, very open and welcoming. The farm is located in the middle of beautiful, spacious fields and is just brimming with life. So many birds, Igor the (very sweet) horse, deer, foxes, small lizards, a farm cat paying a visit from time to time.. definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to get away from busy city life for a while; you'll feel like a new person after spending a week here....

'Had a great week at Bastide Blanche. The photos and write up don’t do it justice. Very secluded and private but just a five minute drive into Noyant. Everything I needed, a Plancha as couldn’t have a barbeque because of the fire risk in summer, Lazy Spa was great to chill out in, comfy bed and a big shower. Particularly enjoyed watching the hares running around on the lawn. I would defenatly book again.'

'A perfect location to escape for the holidays, being situated right in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by fields and the only noise you hear is birdsong. Very little light pollution for star gazers. The property was easy to access with good instructions and can be found on Waze/Google maps. The nearest supermarket is a 10-15 minute drive away and more than enough for most needs although hypermarkets are available within a half an hour drive. Well situated for visiting Loire Valley...
