'This was a great location for our big family! Grandparents and great grandparents were incredibly comfortable during our Family Reunion weekend, away. The porch is big enough for babies and toddlers to safely play. It was also my nephew's 3rd birthday! The host was proactively helpful, so had no questions! '

'We enjoyed our time in the Atlanta area very much. The property was very clean and as shown/described. The location provided easy travel to everything we wanted to do and we felt safe the entire time. We would consider staying here again if we are ever back in the area. '

'This was a very nice older home in the historic district of Monroe Georgia.Very quaint little town suitable and safe for walking around. There was a little playground across the street for our three-year-old grandson to have funny and the pool and hot tub at the house were big hits as well! 'We booked this event house for our small sized wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay here. The house has many bedrooms and enough parking for all the guests. Host is very nice and replied to us quickly. Host even gave us flexible checkin and checkout time. We took some wedding photos in front of the house and back yard and They all looked good. We are definitely satisfied and would recommend this house to anyone who would host a small event here.'

'Our family stayed while in the area for the weekend. The house is clean and well ordered. The beds are nice and comfy. The only minor issue is fruit flies were prevalent. Id book this property again for sure.'

Carla was absolutely amazing.. from her communication to her commitment to ensuring we had a great stay. Her home was very clean cozy. 'Before we arrived host was in constant contact to ensure our stay went well. Once we arrived townhome was very clean, all we needed was there, beds were extremely comfortable. Which is a very big plus for us. Shows the host is not scrimping to shave a buck. Looked to have been be remodeled with a more modern look. I give all 5 plus stars and when we travel back to Atlanta we will for sure see of this acclimation is available. '

The gardeners were scheduled for Mondays and being that it had been raining the Monday before and Tuesday my arrival day , I had messaged her pictures to let her know that they didn’t show (if she prepaid them for the service) and to my surprise the next day she had them there. 'We really enjoyed our visit. The house is nice & spacious. It could use somethings in the backyard to do and deck needs a really good cleaning/sweeping and they could use updated pillows. Other than that, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - nice set up. Great location to things to do downtown - within 10 - 15 minutes. '
