'Location was terrible, everything had 5 digital entry codes and no keywords! Air conditioning didn't work and it was 98 outside. Host walked us to our room which was very nice but refused to take the elevator that she made us take. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, would not recommend walking anywhere.'

'The room itself was great and I would give that 5/5. But the place is a little difficult to find as it has no sign or street frontage and we eventually found a doorbell and rang that but none answered. We had no phone reception so we emailed the proprietor and she remotely let us in. As I've said the room was great, but there were no instructions e.g. that there is a qr code for the wifi on the back of the door, the shutters slide open and aren't hinged etc. If you follow your nose you will...

'Funny concept (self check in and situated behind a carwash) but relatively close to the terminal of Linate Airport (I spent less than € 15 on a taxi). Great room, jacuzzi and great bathroom. Reasonably prized and if you are not looking for a bar or restaurant, but just a spot to get a good night's rest, this works fine!'

'There was no mention of construction, and after a long flight, it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well. Sound insulation was of course not working, the radiator was not working because it was cold in the next room, and the water pressure in the shower was too weak. It was the worst accommodation on a business trip.'
