Beautiful garden apartment located in the exclusive Cala Canyelles development, just 120 meters from Canyelles Beach.

A large garden surrounds the house, with a barbecue area with an outdoor table and chairs. A covered terrace at garden level with a wooden table and chairs is also available.

Maximum capacity for 6 people.

The apartment is approximately 65 square meters distributed on one level:

... The apartment has two entrances: on foot through the side door of the house, going down some stairs, or via a ramp to lower the car and park it in the garden.
You can park your car inside the property (garden).

The owner occasionally lives on the upper floor of the house, which has completely independent access. Use of the garden, barbecue, and lower floor is for the exclusive use of our tenants.

Approximately 20 meters away is one of Lloret's most prestigious restaurants, where the communal pool is located.
To access the communal pool, we will give you a ticket that will allow you free entry during pool opening hours.

In the pool area, you can also enjoy a small bakery and a bar.

This exclusive location allows you to walk to the beach, as the residential complex where the house is located has stairs leading down to the beach or the marina, exclusively for local residents.
