This cozy villa in Lloret de Mar offers a perfect retreat for families, with a capacity for up to 10 guests. Located in a peaceful residential area, the villa is close to the town and its beautiful beaches, like Cala Canyelles.

The main house features a spacious living and dining area, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, and an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The house has four double bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower.

For added privacy, there is a separate apartment with its own entrance. This apartment includes a large living room, a small breakfast area with a fridge, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area is a highlight, with a covered terrace that’s perfect for dining and relaxing, complete with a wood-fired oven and a relaxation area. The private pool (9.4x4m) is next to the built-in barbecue, and there’s a chill-out zone to unwind after a sunny day.

Air conditioning and heating are available as an option for an additional fee of 15€/day. Wi-Fi is also included. Pets are not allowed, and the property is only available for families (young groups are not accepted).
