« My best friend and I stayed here with our four kids (17 and 13 and 17 and 16). We made the siblings share the king bed rooms and we moms opted for the twin room so we could have our own beds. The kiddos found the board games (Are You Normal? and Trivia Pursuit), pulled the table into the middle of the living room and spent the evening actually socializing and interacting with each other! Side note for other unobservant parents, we did not realize the Are You Normal? was supposed to be 18+. They...

« The property was exactly as advertised clean and ready for us to move into. Excellent location right on the Llano River with a great beach. Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Stayed fo 72 days and looking forward to returning next winter. »

« The property is not on a lake, more like a river.There were many dust/spider webs throughout the house. Bathroom floors could benefit from cleaning. Roaches seen in the kitchen. Gameroom stunk. Dirty dishes. Wondering why I was charged for a cleaning fee! »
