« We had a wonderful vacation at this property. We swam all day, used the game room every night, and had our smores at the firepit. All of the appliances are state-of-the-art. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and the double hot air stove. The retractable awning over the deck was a plus with the hot sun. The interior design and exterior property are beautiful. We lacked for nothing! »

« Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. A special bonus during our visit was the local Shakespeare in the Park performance ("Shake by the Lake"), which added a unique and memorable touch to our trip. »

« Most aspects of our stay were very good. The pool was delightful, beds were reasonably comfortable, and a very user friendly kitchen. The furniture in the main living room was not the same as pictures (very Victorian instead) and the yard and front of the house could really use some spiffing up. Anne, our hostess was very responsive and the location is very nice as well. »

« This is a cute place and it’s close to everything. Our host was very easy to get ahold of when we needed things or had any questions. Will definitely stay again! »

« What a great location for our family vacation in the finger lakes area. So many things to see. It was the perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the area. The property was just as described. Beautiful setting up the hill overlooking Conesus lake. The views during Spring and Fall would be especially spectacular. « We needed a place to stay when we were meeting our son in Rochester (Brighton). He and his wife were attending a conference and we were going to babysit the kids (ages 6 and 3).This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms upstairs for them and one downstairs for us. I would say the only negative was that the downstairs only had a half bath, so we had to go upstairs to shower. Might be something to consider if anyone in your party is unable to navigate stairs.Garage...

"Hôtel en cours de rénovation situé dans une zone commerciale. Chambre très propre. Grande salle de bains avec douche spacieuse. Nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes. Notre chambre n'était pas équipée de volet ni de rideau occultant. Le lit avec sa structure métallique grinçait à chaque mouvement. Et enfin, nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du petit-déjeuner puisque la cuisine n'était pas encore installée alors que c'était noté lors de la réservation. "
