'The condo was great! The rooms were spacious and convenient location to shopping. There was an issue with the storm door and someone was out to repair it the very next morning. I can't say much about the pool as it was closed for the season. All in all great experience and would definitely return.'

'My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc…) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!'

'I wasnt given orvtold i needed a code to get into the parking lot or my room prior to getting there.. there were no curtains on the windows so it was never dark enough to sleep. There was also huge crack around the door. It got cool in there at night time. If your not a deep sleeper forget it. The vents go on and make noise and blows out cold air over your bed. The bathroom sink took at least a day to empty. Just washing your face and brushing your teeth.. i was always getting a strange spell in...

'Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later.'

'The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance...

'The property was in a great location with an easy check-in process. Unfortunately, it did not reflect the listing’s description of being remodeled. The walls and door frames were dirty, the furniture was worn and stained, ceilings were peeling with visible stains, and the air unit was loud and layered in dust. Overall, the space felt unclean due to its age and clear need for fresh paint and updates. Overall it was not accurately advertised and I would not recommend.'

'The location was great, check in was so easy and convenient. We had a few issues. The floors were really dirty. They had been swept but they need a really good clean with a clean mop, maybe several clean mops.There was no bath mat provided as part of the linen service. Maybe this is personal preference but I want a bath mat when I get out of the shower. Especially with a tile floor.The kitchen is not really well stocked. 'Beach/ocean views were beautiful. Condition of condo not happy with. Marked up walls, floors & baseboards in poor condition. Furniture- dining room chair was unsafe to sit in. One of worst experiences of our stay was the front door lock. We were unable to open the condo door without having to create a new code every single time we wanted to enter. I am sending some photos of the condo. I feel like I should be refunded my money due to our experience. '
