'The location was wonderful. When we arrived the bed looked very rumpled. When we pulled the bedspread back the sheets were not even completely on the mattress. The mattress was way too soft and very uncomfortable. The sheets were all wrinkled and we questioned if they had even been changed. The flooring in the kitchen had gaps in it. The shower faucet was coming off the wall. The towel rack in bathroom was coming off the wall. They gave you a tiny bar of soap that was barely enough for one...

'We had a great family ski trip. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The condo is so close to the shuttle bus stop we never drove our cars. This was such a bonus to our visit. Perfect location for skiing Silver Creek or Snowshoe. '

'Clean, well located for our planned activities. Coffee and snacks appreciated.'

'My wife and I had a wonderful trip to celebrate our anniversary. Very short walk to restaurants and charming shops, just a few minutes drive to the warm springs pools. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean, communication was great and exactly what we were hoping for.'

'Great property for a family WV adventure. Whether you are here for the winter and snow fun or Spring, Summer, Fall adventure, this is a great place. The townhouse has absolutely everything you need for an easy trip. Everything was easy and commuting with the host was so easy. Snowshoe is a peaceful mountain in early spring just before Memorial Day, so you may not have many restaurants and shops open but the views...

'We loved this property. It had beautiful decorations and furniture inside the house. The hot tub was very nice. The view of the mountains outside was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the views. I loved all the woodwork inside. It was perfect! This is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in.'

'Place was clean, and close to everything. The resort could have done better on removing snow from paths and walkways.'

'We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

'Very nice, clean and pet friendly place. Very friendly hosts who were easy to get a hold of and got back to us quickly. Would recommend.'
