We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. We had two rooms, my room had blood on the sheets and comforter and when called the front desk all they did was hand me a sheets, no comforter. My son’s room had urine stains on both beds.
