'First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. She got the lights fixed and the balcony door unjammed. We are very happy with Elisa. What made up for the short comings of the building/unit was...

'We loved the larger space and the mattress was super comfortable. But the property could have been more clean. Towels were clean, sheets were clean but it was very dusty around, on baseboards, and in drawers. Plus it could seriously use fresh paint. 'I prefer natural scents like essential oils instead of the chemical air plug ins that are toxic to smell. It was difficult to sleep as it was extremely noisy between neighbors moving furniture better noise ! The bed was not so comfortable , For 250.00 to just barely rest I would not return here. Also it was as difficult to find and we were not given our access into before we arrived. Thank you!'

'Maybe the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Couldn’t beat the location for a conference at GWCC; it’s just a short walk on the Beltline. It is downtown Atlanta, so I did run into a few sketchy people, but I felt safe in the unit. Some machines weren’t working in the gym. Still, great location, free & easy parking, and amazing value.'
