'The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay.'

'The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of...

'Manager was fabulous and helped us get u to a room inbetween tourney games. Was present and helpful throughout. Worked out great being pretty close to the fields. Pool and breakfast was a huge bonus.'

'I love everything about it. I stay here atleast 2 to 3 times a month and always have a very good experience. Staff is always pleasant except for my last stay from 06/25 - 06/31. There was a lady working the breakfast area was rude and closed the breakfast are early. I have never seen that behavior from Any staff members since I started staying since 2025 as I regularly go to Mayo/St Mary's. I hope she will not be there or change her attitude when I return. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer'

Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you'

'Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets'

'We were there for the mayo for 5 days. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. It was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge, kitchenette with all the utensils, couch, and desk We had no issues with any equipment. no ovens if you are thinking pizzas. The bath and shower was roomy. 4 grocery stores close by for meal and snack planning. 3 restraunts within walking. I would stay again and recommend to others.'
