Pensions in Lincoln

'Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again.'

'What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x'

'The duvet cover was not fresh, I called the dedicated telephone line at 19.26 to request a fresh duvet cover or at least a bed sheet to cover it, an hour and a half later after a series of phone calls back and forward I was told that nothing can be done. The property is unsupervised and there's no way to contact management in the evening and a telephone assistant is not based in the UK. The room is tired, the classes in the bathroom are not clean, bedding needs to be undated, a door stopper is...

'Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

'Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.'

'Very enjoyable stay, clean and spacious room. Lots of choices for breakfast. Handy for shopping near town centre. Definitely recommend this place.'

'Room was clean, bed was comfy, parking was easy and checking in was simple. Would happily stay again.'

'Great location, easy to book in and facilities great for the price, would stop again'

'Double room was extremely small, difficult for two people to stand in the bathroom at the same time. Only one of the windows opened and when it was open there was a strong smell of Indian food being cooked which sullied all our clothing. It was shabby to say the least.'

'Erg vriendelijke ontvangst en nette kamers met een keurig full english ontbijt. Ligt wel uit het centrum aa het eind van een 'karrespoor'.'

'Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50'

'Mo was great, sorted any issues and was very welcoming and friendly. Would stay again.'

'It is NOT a hotel. Please consider removing it from your lists.'

'Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay'

'You feel like home here. Jo is a lovely host and very helpful with sharing information and arranging things like a taxiservice. Flexible times for check in, cosy and clean room, nice bed. The full english breakfast is a must-do, one of the bests we experienced.'
