The listing stated one room with a king size bed which we had. The 2nd bedroom listed a full size bed and a twin bed. There was no twin bed but luckily the couch was a pullout bed. There was only a paper thin blanket and sheets on each bed so everyone froze at night. The heaters did not put out enough heat and there were no extra blankets. The floors had big chunks missing out of areas and the boards had gaps but the overall appearance was quaint. The view of the ocean was great and during warmer weather there is a great common area outside to seat and watch the ocean. Overall I would stay here again but would bring some extra blankets.
