Bed was comfortable, furnishings were in good condition and the overall condition of the condo was very good. In fact, one of the best vacation rentals yet! '412 was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The sofa bed is comfortable and there were great directions and needed information posted. I would choose it again. Also, it’s not obvious, but there was a an elevator.'

'Very nice and clean property. Wonderful view from the second floor.Took my 87 year old mother to see the ocean one more time. Easy access from underground garage to elevator. Murphy bed worked great so my brother could come along. Saw whale spouts and fishing boats and a container ship cross the horizon. The last night watched the sun burn into the ocean. AMAZING!'

'Het motel ademt de sfeer van de jaren 60. De kamer die wij hadden heeft uitzicht op het parkeerterrein en niet op zee. De kamer is donker met alleen een klein raam aan de voorkant. De kamer ruikt muf en de inrichting is oubollig met verouderde spullen. Er is echter wel veel. Je kunt er koken en er is bijvoorbeeld zelfs een blikopener.'
