This ground floor family-friendly unit will be your home away from home in gorgeous Lincoln City.  The ideal location, and convenient beach access is only the beginning on why #161 Fishin’ Impossible is the perfect pick for your next getaway. 



This unit is perfect for taking you back to your childhood by popping in a copy of your favorite nostalgic movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need to whip up your favorite family meal. The oven and stunning backsplash makes you feel like you are a chef in an executive kitchen. Having two full bathrooms in the unit will have everyone in your party excited. The primary private bedroom features a queen size bed and twin size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a detached sink and vanity which makes getting ready for your beach excursion for the day a breeze!



This fully pet-friendly unit is welcoming and inviting for your furry loved ones. The dog walk area is sure to be a favorite of your furry friend, but we are conveniently located directly across the street from the Surftides Plaza Condominiums private beach access, so getting your toes or paws in the sand is just a short walk from your condo. 



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
