Enjoy two bathrooms with a shower/bathtub combo, a fully stocked kitchen, new TVs, and unbeatable beach access just steps from your door. Don’t forget the indoor saltwater pool and dry sauna, open year-round, plus on-site laundry for added convenience.



The Space:

Sea Gypsy No. 103 is a ground-floor condo we call "Beaches Be Crazy."



Situated at the north end of our facility, you're just a few feet away from the Sea Gypsy's shortest beach access point, which is just six steps from the sand. You can literally go Zero to Beach in 10 seconds.



We know you've had a hard week at work, and you need a vacation. Stay here, and we can promise this: If you've got 99 problems, a beach ain't one. At least not anymore.



You can quit your beachin' and kick back with a view from the patio or our newly installed living room recliner. This ground-floor retreat features a full kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and a king bed in the master—perfect for a laid-back coastal escape.



We have a cool new 50-inch TV with DVD/Blu-ray player, plus several board games in the oceanfront suite. The master bedroom has some extras, too, including a dual shower head in the bathroom and a hair dryer. When you first walk into the condo, you'll take a look at your new surroundings and say, "Beach, please!"



That's right, it's the coast you're here for. We can brag about this condo and its amenities or the indoor saltwater pool at our facility, but when it's all said and done, it's all about the ground floor, the beach access, and the unbelievable view. As sunset nears, and the condo fills with an evening glow, grab a chair and look out your eight-foot sliding glass doors to watch that Sun of a Beach go down.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
