' Het hotel is goed gelegen in het centrum, met een standaard ontbijt inbegrepen. Er zijn genoeg restaurants in de omgeving op loopafstand. De reden dat ik geen vijf sterren gaf, is omdat ik een kamer had geboekt met een groot bed, maar ik kreeg een kamer met twee bedden. Bovendien was de bureaustoel doorgezakt, wat het lastig maakte om met mijn laptop te werken '

'Have stayed here many times now and it’s fab - very accommodating staff, friendly and super helpful. Showers are great, rooms are sizeable and beds are comfy, location is fantastic as you’re right in the centre. Could not fault this place, fave place to stay in Lincoln.'

'Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. '

Hotel situation close to cathedral and castle. The reason for visit. Also close to long term parking as hotel does not have places for cars.'
