« I absolutely loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it so relaxing. The home was beautifully remodeled with super cute décor and everything felt very clean and welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the awesome fenced-in backyard — perfect if you’re traveling with a pet. The outdoor space was so clean, cozy, and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again! »

« The kitchen was not fully equipped, the freezer had food spills on the shelves, there were not any trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher soap. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, lots of areas where it looked liked it wasn’t swept. There weren’t any handovers or washcloths. « The Hillside Hideaway was exactly what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and a safe environment for our nine-year old pup Lucy. We stayed four nights during a mild weather period, and we made the most of the trails and parks in the area. My husband and I are in our seventies -- we live an hour way from Johnson City and we enjoy mini-vacations that don't require long-distance travel. This spot was perfect for us! »
