'The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

'Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. Unable to check in at 5pm due to an event we arrived at 1030p, she had given the wrong code for the lockbox. Did respond back with correct code. Entry via...

'We rented Chris' property for my cousins wedding weekend and it was truly amazing. It is 10-15 minutes from all essentials we needed for the weekend. 8 minutes from the venue as well. It was so clean and very spacious. The outdoor amenities were incredible. The beds were super comfortable. the kitchen had all of the essentials. enough towels to last a lifetime. We are dog people though. The dogs were part of the wedding and having a such a nice place for the humans to stay as well as the dogs...

'Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately!'

'Our stay at this vacation home was wonderful! We had the best time relaxing and enjoying the fall weather. The property manager was responsive and helpful upon check in and check out. We will most definitely be staying there again!'
