This charming and picturesque retreat is nestled on the serene shores of Sokokis Lake, offering breathtaking sunset views and the perfect setting for enjoying your morning coffee on the back porch, overlooking the tranquil waters.

Enjoy all lake life has to offer at our family friendly, lakefront cottage with dock, deck, fire-pit, gas grill, kayaks, W/D & partial AC.

Upon your arrival, you will find ample parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. As you step inside, the main level greets you with a cozy living room featuring a full-size fold-out sofa and a smart TV for your entertainment needs—simply log in with your preferred streaming accounts such as Netflix, HULU or Amazon Video. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a generous size and includes a dining table for six, with additional chairs available. The outside porch dining room table provides seating for 6 more.

Ascending to the upper level, you will discover three interconnected bedrooms, creating a unique circular layout that invites you to explore each space seamlessly. The bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination and a washer/dryer for added convenience, is situated downstairs just off the living room.

Conveniently located within walking distance, you'll find Limerick Supermarket, Sokokis Seafood Shack and Ice Cream, and Peppermill Pizza. Additionally, a short drive away is Libby & Son U-Picks, recognized as the #1 Orchard by USAToday, offering a delightful experience just up the street.
