Flats in Lima

'The first night I got in at 2:00a because my flight was delayed and there was no place to park. I finally took one of the three empty handicapped spots. The picture on this page is deceptive. Maybe 20 years old. That couch is dirty and sunken. The floors and stairs never get vacuumed or cleaned. The first room they checked me in to was not cleaned and it was disgustingly dirty with pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, a dirty toilet and shower and thick plaster dust all over the bathroom...

'I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.'

'The hotel was under construction which was not disclosed upon reservation at 630 am the roofing company was hammering and we had a ladder beside our room which we heard the workers up to 830 at night This should have been disclosed'

'Room smelled like an old ashtray and cat pee! The leather chairs are missing most of their leather, the box springs have noticeable bed bug residue. The floors were filthy, paint was missing from the bathroom door as were bathroom light fixtures. There was hair in multiple places that was not ours. The place has not been updated in many years if ever. It was not worth the $105 we paid for the night, shouldn’t have been more than $30. Great disappointment.'

'This home is in a great location for us visiting relatives in Wapak. Very nice, roomy house with all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay here again.'

'Not sure if it was a scam or misunderstanding but regardless the check in experience was awful. First, they insisted that I only paid $11 on Expedia and the rest was due at check in, even though both Expedia and my bank app said otherwise, then they asked for $5 check in fee in cash. Eventually they backed off both and the rest of the stay was fine. '
