Country house, located between lemon trees, in spring the atmosphere is infused with orange blossom aromas. The gardens provide a great play of colors and smells, its large pool refreshes us on the warm days of Murcia.
Distinguished porches to take advantage of the different hours of sun, one to delight in morning breakfasts listening to the birds singing, another porch by the pool for meals with friends or family. Any corner of the garden is ideal for romantic or fun dinners with children and traveling companions.
Outdoor barbecue, which encourages you to be 'eating all day' and drinking cold beers.
In our 'Nature and Sun' house we have spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable 150 x 190 bed, decorated with floral details in mauve tones.
The second bedroom has a 135x190 bed decorated in pastel colors.
The third bedroom is youthful, with a single bed, the decoration is cheerful and informal with a desk and a 90x190 bed.
The loft of about 20 meters has 3 single beds. The 'super' living room-kitchen, like the rest of the rooms, is oriented towards the pool and the garden, a television that we hardly need, as the property has enough spaces to enjoy outside.
The kitchen is newly installed, you will love it, fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, juicer ...

It is located in a relaxing area and at the same time close to large urban centers. The city of Murcia about 25 km, Librilla just 7 minutes by car, the beaches of Mazarrón, half an hour by car .. Totana and Alhama between 15 and 20 minutes. The city of Cartagena and the beaches of the Mar Menor about 45 minutes.
It is important to visit the city of Murcia at Easter.
Sierra Espuña, about 20 minutes away, is a unique space to enjoy fresh air.
Nightlife in Mazarrón in summer, and in Murcia in winter.

Geweldig !

Het huis was geweldig ! En de tuin prachtig ook heel.mooi onderhouden en de omgeving heel rustig en makkelijk te bereiken . Josefina en mariano zijn zulke lieve mensen ze geven veel uitleg en helpen graag . Wij zullen zeker weer terug komen !

Mooi rustig gelegen villa

Mooie rustige gelegen villa met alle benodigdheden, slechts op 5 a 7 min van het dorp Librilla. De eigenaars super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mij zien ze zeker terug. Ik raad deze vakantiewoning dan ook 100% aan!! Groetjes Carlos

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cette très belle propriété. Le cadre est beau, relaxant et la piscine est extra pour se rafraîchir. Idéal pour un séjour de vacances familiale près de Murcia. Carthagène n'est pas loin et vaut le détour.

Helpful Welcoming Hosts

The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, the problems we had during our stay were dealt with promptly and good naturedly. Considerable information was provided on arrival, however much was forgotten due to fatigue, this meant frequently contacting the hosts to query matters and obtain additional information (many questions via email had been asked due to the language barrier). An information folder with appliance instructions, rubbish details, etc. would be helpful which one could browse at leisure. This is something we have found invaluable at previous houses we have rented worldwide. The listing photos need to be updated. We were disappointed that the outdoor kitchen is no longer in use as this was of particular interest to us. The outdoor kitchen only has a gas hob, dishwasher and sink. Due to the washing line being behind the outdoor kitchen it would be beneficial if the washing machine from the indoor kitchen could be swapped with the dishwasher. The grounds are large and interesting, the pool has an electric cleaner which is unable to clean the sides of the pool which was disappointing. An outdoor pool inevitably collects debris which was difficult to remove with the nets provided despite our best efforts to mend them. The air conditioning was adequate providing both the units in the upstairs room and the kitchen were on and all unused rooms were closed off. There are some lovely mountain views from the house, when completely quiet it is an idyllic spot.

Fantastica semana!

Hemos pasado una semana increíble en ésta maravillosa casa. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, es mucho mejor de lo que se ve. Destaca por encima de todo la increíble piscina y el porche, enamorada de esa zona! Tengo que agradecer a los propietarios la gran disposición y amabilidad, sobretodo porque me olvidé una cosa y ellos amablemente me hicieron el favor de volver a abrirme la casa, Gracias! Seguro que repetiremos.

Las fotos de esta casa no le hacen justicia, es una finca inmensa y bien cuidada con árboles y flores de distintas variedades, la casa muy cómoda con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Entorno muy tranquilo ideal para relajarse durante las vacaciones. La comunicación con Fina y Mariano ha sido constante, siempre atentos para que todo funcione bien. Estancia increíble

Hemos estado super agusto, no hace falta nada más. Sobre todo nosotros no somos muy playeros (aún así está cerquita) teniendo la piscina y ese pedazo de exterior no nos hacía falta nada más. Los peques se lo han pasado en grande y nosotros también. Fina y Mariano un encanto, atentos y predispuestos continuamente.

Magnifique

Nous venons de passer 3 excellentes semaines chez Josefa. Tout était parfait ! La propriété se trouve au milieu des citronniers un peu à l'écart de la ville de Librilla. Au calme, sans vis à vis, l'endroit est parfait et encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos ! La maison est spacieuse et très propre. Quant à l'extérieur, là ou nous avons passé le plus de temps, il ne manque rien : terrasse, cuisine extérieur, barbecue, grande piscine, salle de douche + wc extérieurs ... Le tout très propre. Josefa et son mari sont très accueillants et de bons conseils. Ils vous indiquent les lieux incontournables à visiter dans la région et restent disponibles. Bref, un endroit que nous recommandons à 200% !!!

Villa tranquila con estupendos jardines y piscina

La villa está en un lugar tranquilo a las afueras de librilla, junto a otras fincas similares. Nos recibieron en el pueblo para no tener problemas al encontrar la casa. Los propietarios son amables y dispuestos. Es una casa de dos plantas muy bien equipada, con ac en los dos pisos e internet con wifi. Muy cómoda. El jardín está muy cuidado y cuenta con una cocina completa y merendero en el exterior y el área de la piscina es el punto fuerte de la casa. Amplia, limpia y con vestuarios anejos. Muy recomendable. Ojalá podamos repetir.

Beautiful House with superb garden and pool area

The house is located a few hundred metres outside the small town of Librilla and the last 300 metres or so is unpaved roads. There are a few other houses neighbouring. It is surrounded by lemontrees. You have nice views on the surrounding mountains. The house is nice and comfortable. AC in the kitchen/living room and in the bedroom on the attick. The owners are really friendly and easygoing. We arrived late, after 10 pm and they picked us up in the village center to make sure we would easily find our way to the house in the dark. They only speak Spanish but with google translate and willingness from both sides we had no problems in the communication. The garden and pool area are the highlight of the house. The garden is very big, completely private and very well maintained. Feels almost like a small park. The pool is big (5x10mtr and max 1.8 mtr deep) and has a built in stair for easy access. At the pool there is an outside shower and next to it is an extra building that also has a shower and a toilet. So no need to run through the house all wet if you need to go to the toilet. There is not much to do direct surroundings. Librilla has some small supermarkets. But if you want to do some sight seeing or more proper shopping you need to drive some 25 minutes to Murcia or 50 to Cartagena. We found th beach of Calblanque very beautiful (no services at the beach and car access only between 8-9 in the morning. After that obligatory by bus). There are several other beaches in the area. Mostly around 45-60 minutes car drive away. The house is about an hour drive from Alicante. We loved it here and can only recommend the house if you don’t mind being a bit away of the center of action. You will need to have a car.

Un petit coin de paradis...

Quoi dire sinon qu'il faut y aller absolument car ce lieu magique est encore plus beau et agréable que sur les photos... Et puis Fina et Mariano, nos hôtes sont tout simplement adorables, accueillants et disponibles. Nous sommes au milieu de champs de citronniers dans un environnement calme et avec les montagne en arrière-plan... Le petit-déjeuner au bord de la piscine, l'apéro dans la cuisine d'été avec vue sur cet extraordinaire jardin très bien entretenu et bien évidemment la piscine, c'est que du bonheur. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir aux alentours... Et Murcia est une ville magnifique. Il y a comme un petit goût de revenez-y car il y a tant à savourer... N'hésitez pas une seconde... et mille merci à Fina.

Séjour parfait

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa. Aucune surprise, ni bonnes ni mauvaises, séjour conforme à ce que nous attendions. Villa isolée au calme avec tout le confort. Seul bémol, pas de table de chevet ni lampe de chevet dans aucune chambre. Des hôtes agréables et disponibles qui ont pris soin de répondre à toutes nos demandes. Merci à Fina Josefa.

Excelente.

El sitio esta cerca al pueblo, es facil llegar. Todas las instalaciones en muy buen estado. Barbacoa, comedor, piscina, habitaciones, etc. Estuvimos muy a gusto durante todo el fin de semana y los dueños son muy amables y atentos. Recomendado.
