'Fantastic property. Exactly what was promised, clean central location, fully stocked, washer dryer....that did a great job. The owner was amazing, we had an issue with an appliance and she came to the property and took care of the issue right away. She checked up on us, gave us some good suggestions. We could not ask for more. Five stars, grab it if it is available '

'We loved the apartment with a beautiful view of the river and the cruise ships! The Sunday market is beyond spectacular and right out the front door. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided. It was very convenient to have a parking space (at a small additional charge) but be warned you must be driving a very small car to take advantage of this amenity. Would highly recommend a stay with Bérénice! '

'This is a very small apartment in Les Chartrons. The location is great and check in was easy However, the apartment has some problems.. the front door shakes when anyone enters the building and insulation is poor so you hear every footstep or sound right into the living room kitchen. The bathroom is not well renovated.. the shower door doesn’t open fully so it hits the toilet seat and the air ventilator doesn’t ever turn off so you hear it making noise in the night.
