'Unfortunately the experience in the room is poor as we stayed on two nights of unseasonally hot days of mid 30s. Our room faces west and there was no air conditoning. Thebhotels effort to put ina portable air con did not help and was way too noisy. The rest of the property ia great. Recommendation - do request no west facing room. '

'We stayed 1 night. The hotel is clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful. You can park in front of the hotel for a fee. The breakfast was ok, too heavily on the carbs/sweets.'

Ontbijt is lekker.

'Couldn't be better'

'Stayed here for two nights with 3 years old kid, and absolutely loved the place! The location and views are breathtaking. The staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend for family and couples.'

'L'accueil fut chaleureux.

'Wonderful couple met us on arrival and shared excellent locally produced wine. Wife and I loved staying there and visiting with them. Hope to visit again as they are minutes away from where our daughter, son in law and their kids now live.'

'Patrick and Véronique are superb and generous hosts. The house is a stunning classic French country house.Large garden, lovely for sitting out in the evening. Well equipped barbecue area.Very easy to get to classic wine areas such as Saint Emilion and Pomerol.Close proximity to the lovely town of Libourne.Highly recommend if looking for a stay in middle of an amazing wine region.'
