B&B in Saint-Émilion

'We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful guest house for 4 nights in June and what a gem of a find it was! From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special. The swimming pool was lovely. The gardens and views of vineyards and beautiful neighbouring villas was to die for. Michelle went out of his way to ensure our continental breakfasts were fresh every day,...

'Ch Haut-Brisson must be the best kept secret in all of the Bordeaux area! The rooms were recently renovated, are clean, very well kept, and the place happens to be a well known winery with Grand Cru designation. This coupled with the passionate and hospitable staff, made our stay unforgettable! Gabriella is a Sommelier and will answer any...

'This was a great find. Very handy for exploring the area and we used it as a base while exploring out to the Dordogne as well. Very friendly host, great atmosphere and nice and quiet. Would thoroughly recommend.'

'The location is great and the sauna is a very nice extra. The downside is bed, pillow and shower were not great.'

'Enjoyable stay; minimal contact with staff but they were helpful with check in instructions. The location was good with a cafe selection and transit outside.'

'Really roomy family room, (actually 2 rooms) but aircon doesn't work and needs fixing. Bathroom could do with a refresh!'

'We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The staff was always friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations for things to see and where to go. The breakfast each morning was lovely as well. Our room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable and the main common area was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!'
