« That’s what we called it before we even arrived and it was even better than we expected! Sometimes pictures aren’t accurate but in this case the real thing was even better than the pictures! It was very peaceful and we enjoyed our time there immensely! Robin was a great host, very communicative from the booking through the end of our stay. « This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The house was updated and very clean. New appliances, lots of clean towels, and plenty of soap and shampoo. Our daughter loved sleeping in the little closet nook! Our only complaints - we wish the downstairs bedroom had the same high quality bed and mattress that was in the upstairs bedroom and we couldn't find a full sized cutting board. »

« We had a wonderful week here! Close enough to downtown Redding for us to get to see our son play on the Colt 45s, but also right near the river walk, which was a great walk! Accommodations were nice and WiFi strong in the living room but not really in the bedroom. As my husband was working during the week, it was nice to have the little nook in the kitchen area. We would stay here again! »

« My sister lives in this neighborhood, so it was a no-brainer that we would want to stay here. Very convenient to downtown Redding. The listing is not very clear as I didn't find out that the studio apartment (door A) is included in the overall price of the rental. PLEASE independently verify this, but it makes the price a little more reasonable for the space.
