With the beach, pool, bike rides, walks in the woods, playgrounds, and shopping and dining nearby, this home's Coastal Club location in Lewes offers something for everyone in your group.

The cheerful decor and airy floorplan of this luxury home provide a tropical backdrop for your vacation memories. With 5,000 square feet, there's room for everyone in your multi-generational or multi-family group: four full baths and six bedrooms: two with king beds, two with queen beds, one with two twin beds, and one with two twin-over-twin bunkbeds — plus a queen sleeper in the semi-private loft. If you need to get some work done, you'll find desks in two of the bedrooms.

The dining table easily seats 10, plus four more at the nearby kitchen counter. The gourmet kitchen with gas stove has all the pots, pans, kitchen tools and serving dishes you need to feed a large group — you won't find many rental home kitchens this well-stocked. Clothes washer and dryer in home for your use. There's also a gas BBQ grill on the new (2023) back patio.

After a fun day at the beach or boardwalk (take advantage of the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off!), send the kids downstairs to the huge rec room – with wet bar and reclining sofa – to play ping pong or foosball. The grown-ups can relax together in the Great Room with 10' ceilings, or bring their drinks of choice to the newly-screened (2023) porch to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. There's no getting bored here with options to keep everyone happy, such as board games and books for all ages. And with seven large HDTVs, you'll never argue over the remote!

EV Charging:
A NEMA 14-50 Level 2 outlet for charging an electric car is available in the garage (bring your own cable), along with several bikes for use within the neighborhood. Other than two Tesla Superchargers on Coastal Highway in Lewes and Rehoboth, there are no high-speed charging stations in southern Delaware for non-Tesla electric vehicles. So, if you have an EV, take advantage of this location to charge your car overnight.

With purchase of a daily or weekly pass from the private Lighthouse Club – just a five-minute neighborhood walk away – you'll also be able to enjoy Club amenities including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains, an adult infinity pool with swim-up bar, an indoor pool with lap lanes and hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, restaurant, and more.

Street Parking
The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles. You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival. A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. Coastal Club Community
Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area's best shopping. You can enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes at one of the eateries that include Agave Restaurant, Lewes Oyster House, Striper Bites, Bramble & Brine and Touch of Italy and many more.

Beaches Nearby
Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
