'Perfect for what we needed.'

'Great location in Wall, all walking distance to attractions. Happy they allowed one night, good stop for an over night. Could stay longer, great kitchen, bedrooms and living space.'

'I have stayed at this location a number of weeks and it is truly an outstanding home. Very clean, very modern and a perfect location. I will always make this home my preferred place to stay if possible when visiting Sioiux Falls. Kari is extremely responsive and welcoming!'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The price was really reasonable and the property was nice and clean. We also thought beds were nice and comfortable. It rained a lot while we were there but it was not a problem at all because we had tons of fun in the downstairs game room! We will definitely go back and stay on our next trip!'

'This is a basement of a house. You share a joined entrance. Host was there when we arrived and showed us our space. Then we didn't see host again (no need to). Space was cool (which was nice on a super hot day!). In a quiet neighborhood setting. All was as described. A good space & nice for a night's rest.'

'This is one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Decorated nicely, great appliances. Quality workmanship. In the middle of Bismarck. Upstairs unit with a family below, but had no issues. '

'The views from the porches are stunning—the pictures do not do it justice. The interior was impeccable, from space to cleanliness to having every amenity I could wish for right at my fingertips. The personal touches are everywhere, including cookies and a bottle of wine. The host was always available and responsive. We would strongly consider returning to Belle Fourche simply to stay at this guesthouse!!!'

'It was a great stay. Communications with Tricia were prompt & polite. Her husband Cory came over to greet & show us around the plate on the first night. The amenities were above & beyond our expectations down to the smallest details. We also saw lots of pheasants and deer from the rental. Very relaxing. '

'The Cozy Cabin was fantastic, the place is in a cute and well decorated for our weekend getaway. We went and visited Pierre, Chamberlain & Martin. The town restaurant & local bar were great and within walking distance. Unfortunately, the weather was not good this past weekend because we really wanted to sit out back and enjoy that lovely firepit/sitting area and the weather just never cooperated, but now we have a reason to come back and enjoy summer time activities in that area.'
