'I have stayed at newfound Lodge many times over the years. It was a little surprised that I did not have a phone microwave, coffee pot or refrigerator in my room was told not all rooms have them also a little surprised the last day of my stay the lady to clean my room went into my room 45 minutes before I was to check out I had not gotten everything out of my room also had a do not disturb sign on the door. She apologized, but still did not read her paperwork and the door handle note even though...

'Everything felt comfortable. I traveled with my son and two grandchildren as well as a cat and dog. Staff was friendly to all. The room and bathroom were clean and bathroom well stocked with towels! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Loved the larger refrigerator as my grandson has food allergies and we traveled with premade meals for him. Kitchen staff were amazing. Very helpful when my granddaughter made a waffle. And food selection was great so even someone with food allergies...

'Our first time staying here. The kiosk check in was easy fast and convenient. Room is spacious and nice and has everything we need. Offering beach towels for guest use is very nice. Looking forward to using the pool and walking to the beach tomorrow am.'
