« From the beginning, the communication with Boris was great. He was always quick to respond.The property was perfect for our needs. The pictures of the outside of the property were a little deceiving. It seemed a little unkempt so we were concerned about the inside however, the inside is nicely decorated and clean.Our only complaint was that there were several simple maintenance items and additions that could be improved to make the property an even better experience. I would caution anyone...

« We had some friends getting together for a golf trip and really enjoyed our stay. Quick highway access and Lenexa has great amenities. House was in grest shape and had plenty of space for the 9 of us. »

« Great location, great space. The beds were so comfortable. The only negative was the shower in the basement bathroom had too much pressure in the shower. We were in town for a softball tournament and had 3 families staying here. It was a great space for everyone to spread out but also have some social time together, »

« We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and homey. The big beds were nice and comfy also! It was so hot and humid when we were In KC so it was nice to come back into the cool space and relax. »

« The house itself is an older home but very nicely renovated. Everything new inside. Also very clean inside. Bathroom and kitchen in great condition. It is located in an older but very quiet neighborhood. Backyard is fully fenced, but could need some lawn. »

« Great clear communications, easy check-in, SUPER easy check-out :). Every convenience you'd expect in a large home yet in a compact space without it appearing crowded. Amazing how they have a bed, couch with lounger, large TV, hidden full sized washer and dryer AND kitchen in one pleasant efficient space. Super cute updated bath. Nice and cool despite record heat & humidity. Our only regret is that we weren't around enough to use the porch, deck or yard. »

« Very cozy place. I don't know KC very well but it seemed like we were close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, the only thing we could hear were the cicadas and birds. Loved it. This place is furnished with everything you need and more. »

« Our family of 4 came to town for a KC Royals and KC Current game. The location of this house was perfect. The house was clean and cute. The beds were comfy and the main bathroom was spacious so several of us could get ready at one time. We’d definitely stay here again. The host responded quickly. »
