The covers of the parasols were scattered around the pool area and simply thrown onto the broken loungers, which made the space look very neglected. Only one lounger had a cushion available, which is far from sufficient for guests who want to relax by the pool. I strongly recommend that the hotel invest in new, sturdy sun loungers and remove all the broken ones, it’s really not a pleasant sight. It would also be great if guests could receive a proper-sized pool towel instead of the very small towels currently provided, which are far too small to lie on comfortably. This would really improve the pool experience for future guests."
