I only met one member of the staff when I checked in. He was corteous but in a desperate need of a haircut or, at least a decent comb. The shower head was screwed in without the plumbers tape, so it sprayed copious amount of water upwards unto the ceiling. The sing drain was caked with gunk. I only found out because the drain plug was lose. Carpet was vaccumed and clean, but stained with age, which is understandable. I did get a welcome text and emails, which was extremely helpful in cutting down checkin-in and check-out time.
