'The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next...

'Two bedrooms, and basically an upstairs apartment. Wide open kitchen and dining area was fun for eating and hanging out at night. Check in/out was easier than most, and there was plenty towels, which is not always the case. Twice my wife and I had drinks on the little porch off the bedroom after the sun went down. Fun places in Hamilton are easy walks. We would stay here again without question. '

'Convenient to downtown Dayton for access to good restaurants. Also close to Air Force museum that we visited. '

'A few more coffee pods are needed. Everything else is sufficiently supplied. There is no kitchen or breakfast area. Microwave is available. Parking lot is big and house is conveniently located. Owner answered questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much. '
