Réservation d'hôtels à Lebanon

« Todo estuvo bien. Limpio, el desayuno continental de todos los hoteles. »

« Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche. Le lit grinçait énormément. Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont incroyablement sales. L’aspirateur n’a pas dû être passé depuis plusieurs semaines ou plusieurs mois et la serpillière non plus sur les carrelages. La moquette du couloir est même par endroits complètement détrempée. Devant l’hôtel et dans les parties communes s’entassent des quantités de vieux meubles cassés. La piscine n’ouvre qu’à 10h alors que le petit déjeuner...

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn in O'Fallon. Our boys were able to swim each night. We enjoyed the breakfast (great variety and super helpful staff!) and also the dinner at happy hour. At one point, we couldn't get our key card to work and one of the ladies at the front desk took the time to help sort out the key issue by coming with us to the door to see why it wasn't working. »

« Mold in the shower! There wasnt any bath soap. I couldn't reach anyone for the front desk. Air-conditioning was set at 64 degrees We aren't Polar Bears. Give me a break I cant recommend this place!!! »

« The room was very clean and the only thing was the sofa bed didn't have sheet or blanket on it. Staff corrected the situation immediately. We would stay at the facility again. »
